This Candidate Representation and Right-to-Represent Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between RightFit Workforce (“Recruiting Firm”) and the above-named Candidate.
A. AUTHORIZATION TO REPRESENT
Candidate authorizes RightFit Workforce to act as Candidate’s recruiting representative for employment opportunities presented by RightFit Workforce and its client and/or partners clients. Candidate understands that RightFit Workforce may discuss Candidate’s qualifications, experience, credentials, and career interests with prospective employers for the purpose of securing employment opportunities.
B. AUTHORIZATION TO SUBMIT INFORMATION
Candidate authorizes RightFit Workforce to submit Candidate’s resume, curriculum vitae (CV), professional profile, and other employment-related information to prospective employers only after Candidate has expressed interest in a specific opportunity and provided verbal, written, or electronic authorization to proceed.
C. NON-CIRCUMVENTION
Candidate agrees not to knowingly circumvent RightFit Workforce regarding employment opportunities introduced by RightFit Workforce. Candidate agrees to notify RightFit Workforce immediately if:
Candidate is contacted directly by an employer introduced by RightFit Workforce;
Candidate receives an interview request directly from such employer;
Candidate receives an offer of employment from such employer; or
Candidate enters employment discussions with such employer outside of RightFit Workforce’s involvement.
D. PRIOR CONTACT OR APPLICATIONS
Candidate agrees to disclose prior applications, interviews, employment discussions, or existing relationships with any employer introduced by RightFit Workforce. Candidate understands that failure to disclose prior contact may affect Right Fit Workforce’s ability to represent Candidate for that opportunity.
E. CONFIDENTIALITY
Candidate agrees to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, client identities, compensation details, business information, and recruiting strategies disclosed by RightFit Workforce unless otherwise authorized.
F. NO GUARANTEE OF EMPLOYMENT
Candidate understands that execution of this Agreement does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, compensation, or placement with any employer.
G. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Candidate represents that all information provided to RightFit Workforce, including resumes, licenses, certifications, credentials, employment history, references, and educational background, is accurate and complete to the best of Candidate’s knowledge.
H. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES
The parties agree that electronic signatures and electronic acceptance of this Agreement shall have the same force and effect as original signatures.
I. TERM
This Agreement shall remain in effect for twelve (12) months from the date of execution unless terminated in writing by either party.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing below, Candidate acknowledges that Candidate has read, understood, and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
